Called on a Saturday and asked if they did emergency calls on weekends. The guy said yes, he could have someone out today. He took my information and said he would give my info to the worker on call and he would call me back and come over. Never called or came by.
Did work on our pipes and did a great job, super nice guys, will use them again...
