I just called the gentleman at action plumbing told him I had drips on a pipe in the cellar I thought it was a leak, he explained condensation wipe it down if it continues leaking fast call him otherwise just condensation.
The women that answered my called didn’t bother providing me with any information what so ever. Just took my info and said she’ll get back to me then hung up. I won’t be using their service. Unprofessional!
