We’ve dealt with this long-established company for several years (directly and indirectly), initially drawn by their wide product range and one-stop-shop appeal. However, after purchasing from them for over 3 years, we realized in 2023 to 2024 that their prices were significantly higher, about 27 to 30 percent plus tax, compared to other providers in the GTA. Action Paper is an exceptional company that not only offers affordable prices but also ensures timely delivery and outstanding communication with its customers. Furthermore, their team is truly amazing.
Amazing customer service with products coming to you on time and at a very reasonable price. They always have your items in stock and will find it for you anywhere. During Covid, they were very helpful with providing all of our company and household cleaning supplies when everywhere else was out of stock. Will always work with them for all my future transactions.
