The staff and my experience there was fine, but the doctors who later reviewed my MRI results said that the images were very poor quality and that the machines they were taken on "must not be up to modern standards". For subsequent MRIs my doctor insisted I go to a different facility for higher resolution images. Also, despite correcting them, my name was repeatedly misspelled on my records which created confusion when submitting my medical history to other offices.
When i went to Action the staff there was so nice and mr Jean and mr Brandon was so nice to me and every one else who was there at the time Jean was the man who actually did the MRI for me and he was so kind and respectful and very hopeful and he has done an excellent job i really like action and would most definitely tell people that if they have to to get an MIR done this is a great and wonderful place to go and always ask for mr Jean and mr Brandon cuz they both do the most amazing and great job and they are so nice and r... read more
