False advertisements with no recourse! Last August I bought a 2024 F250 Lariat Diesel Tremor from Action Motors, Bountiful. It only had 5,400 miles, practically brand new. Their advertisement clearly states, “One accident - No damage.” It also stated that the truck was still covered under the factory warranty. (I still have a copy of the advertisement.) I fell in love with the beautiful truck but I had concerns about the “no damage.” The salesman assured me that there was no damage and it has a clean Utah title. I looked it ... read more
I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy 2500 HD and my experience was definitely disappointing. Actually buying the truck wasn’t terrible but they make the total purchase price incorrect which led to confusion when showing my bank. Also took over 2 months to get my reimbursement for the emissions test and gave me the run around over 47 dollars. Would NOT recommend this dealer
