I called Action because they helped us buy our MH 13 years ago. Now we are selling. So I called again. Going along okay at first. Until I saw the listing contract. Instead of the normal 6% commission. They wanted $15k fixed rate no matter what the MH sold for. Which is over 10% at the asking price of $145,000. If we sold the MH for less that percentage would go up. I already have another agent not in this office. They will list for the normal 6%. Read your contract before signing.
Mayra was incredible throughout the entire process. She seriously put us at ease with the stress that comes from buying or selling. She even helped with the community application. Truly went above and beyond. I Highly recommend her.
