I called Action because they helped us buy our MH 13 years ago. Now we are selling. So I called again. Going along okay at first. Until I saw the listing contract. Instead of the normal 6% commission. They wanted $15k fixed rate no matter what the MH sold for. Which is over 10% at the asking price of $145. If we sold the MH for less that percentage would go up. I already have another agent not in this office. They will list for the normal 6%. Read your contract before signing.
