This company showed a lack of integrity and ethical judgment throughout our 4 year tenancy and move-out. We were subjected to ongoing disruptions, then later held to elevated standards solely to prepare the property for sale, not because of tenant-caused issues. They stated that they work for the property owners, not the tenant. Normal wear and tear was mischaracterized as damage, and the move-out process was conducted in a way that favored ownership interests over basic fairness. Action management is a great “mom n pop” rental management company! The team have ensured my properties’ low vacancy rate and take great care of all issues that have come up. Highly recommend!!
The team at Action Management are some of the most experienced, honest, hardworking people you will find anywhere in the industry. We have used them since 2011 and could not be happier with their proactive approach and excellent communication. If they ever get out of the business, I would sell everything because I would not want anyone else managing my properties. Highly recommend them to anyone.
