This place is not transparent with the criteria requirements in order to lease through them. They tell you that you need to make 3x the amount of rent, no evictions, no bankruptcy and have credit score 600 and above. We'll my fiance and I meet all of these, so we felt good applying at 10am today. Less then 4 hours get told no do to our credit scores only being low 600s (hers 680 and mine 640) We really feel like it is js a scam they run to grab application fees with no intentions on giving you a lease. This company showed a lack of integrity and ethical judgment throughout our 4 year tenancy and move-out. We were subjected to ongoing disruptions, then later held to elevated standards solely to prepare the property for sale, not because of tenant-caused issues. They stated that they work for the property owners, not the tenant. Normal wear and tear was mischaracterized as damage, and the move-out process was conducted in a way that favored ownership interests over basic fairness. The team at Action Management are some of the most experienced, honest, hardworking people you will find anywhere in the industry. We have used them since 2011 and could not be happier with their proactive approach and excellent communication. If they ever get out of the business, I would sell everything because I would not want anyone else managing my properties. Highly recommend them to anyone.
