Tech was great. Work was great. Price was insane.Was told it would be same as weekday price,they charge an extra $100 on weekends, if I paid cash. Tech told me after arriving and doing the work, she was wrong, and there was no cash discount on weekends. Before they came I had it scheduled for Monday, but was talked into Saturday. Seniors beware!

Very pleased with service with an urgent request on Friday noon; others were 4 days with earliest availability. ***** and staff showed up early Saturday to drain and fixed our problem. Very hard workers with proper equipment and video cam. They are excellent and we highly recommend their services.SMS&IVT, ****** 03/30/2024.

I've used Action Jackson Plumbing on now three (3) occasions. The first two to conduct presale inspections on a home and the most recent to save us well over $12,000 in unnecessary work - on a Saturday during Presidents' Day weekend.***** Back Story We had a competitor company come out to try to resolve a backup sewer issues in our kitchen sewer stack. After a week of delays dealing with two other well known companies, I was at my wits end. This was a frustrating week, where I felt another plumbing company had been dishonest with me, and tried to take advantage of the situation here at my house. It was Friday morning when I called Action Jackson, and by the afternoon they had sent 5 guys here to clean & fix my blocked pipes. The work was well done, and the price was fair. Action Jackson took our money and provided no service. We had them out to scope our backyard drainage. When they arrived, they told us they would need to cut into our downspouts and would leave holes they would not repair. I asked if they had any other options than damaging our home and they said no. We decided to not have them cut irreparable holes into our property and ended the visit. If they had let us know at the time of booking this may need to be done, I would not have scheduled. Action Jackson has been my go to people for a number of years. We have a house that is nearly a hundred years old, so there have been issues. Today they were here with half-an-hour. However it was an unusual 27 degree day in February, and their jets were frozen. Had another truck here, again within 30 minutes. Got the main line cleaned out and it is working great!
