Alex came to service my AC unit, and he did an amazing job! Thoroughly checking, testing and cleaning the outside unit and making sure it was all ready for the summer. Definitely worth the survive call and the peace of mind for the summer heat. He also gave me a courtesy heads up call about 30 min before arriving, and the scheduling window was only 1-2 hours, not “sometime between 8-2” like other companies. I really appreciated that!
