I contacted the firm because I was having trouble with my window a/c unit, however it turns out that they don't provide window a/c units. The owner promised me that I could always contact him back if I needed any more assistance while still providing me with excellent advice over the phone. This sort of service is no longer available. I must admit that I was impressed. With him, I have no doubts that you are in capable hands.
