Our experience with realtor Gina Poore’ from Remax located in Clearwater was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We decided to not have a realtor represent us however, after our offer had already been accepted, she attempted to have us sign a buyer-broker agreement that we had never discussed with her. We only noticed the additional charges when reviewing the paperwork. Purchasing a home should have been one of the most exciting event in the person life journey. However, Brenda Vendelboe and Kenny Hayslett (mgr)have made this journey the worst experience of unethical, unprofessional and uncaring staff ever. And they are not willing to compensate for their lack of competence.
