I had a similar experience to the reviews below regarding needed repairs afterward. There's no doubt that everything is just fine at initial installation, which is what most of the reviews below rate. We needed a repair to our fence about 2 years later and Terry came out and gave a reasonable quote, but then never returned any calls. I believe his sister is the one who answer's the phone, and she would continually say that she will give Terry a message, but he never returns your call when it comes to a repair. Workmanship is outstanding. Crew was very professional and pleasant to have around. Site was cleaned up and fence looks beautiful! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My experience with Action Fence was GREAT! They were affordable, reliable, and wonderful customer service. Mr. Gladstone offered extensive knowledge with regards to the fence and the way it should be built. Wow, he was right. I feel very confident in recommending Action Fence to everyone I know. Initial this company put a fence in for us and were satisfactory in service. However, after construction a few years later several parts of our fence needs to be removed therefore needing reinstallation in the spring along with an extension. We have called and spoke to the owner Mr. Gladstone and his assistant every week for what is now the ninth week in a row. Action Fence delivers a superior product at a great price. I recently had them replace a vinyl gate that was installed by another company as it became damaged this winter. The gate that Action Fence installed was an immediate improvement upon the older gate and I'm confident that I will not encounter any problems like that with this gate. Thanks, Action Fence!!!

I had beautifu fence installed by Action Fence in December 2011. From start to finish I found this company to be professional and prompt. Terry was very helpful with the design and layout of the fence. I was on a time crunch to get it done before the winter freeze, and with the help of mother nature they ackomplished the task with ease. I would highly recommend this company, and I am a fairly high- maintance consumer!

This business is no longer reliable. Check out the Better Business Bureau's report on this company (current rating is "F"). Owner doesn't return phone calls, shows up late or on wrong date, supplies get delivered in advance without notice, and most importantly, owner blows you off if you need a repair done later. The guys that work for owner are great, but unfortunately the owner is ruining this once reputable business.

We had a privacy fence installed by Action Fence. From the owner, his sister who is the secretary to the team that installed the fence they all presented a professional manner with skills to match. The fence material, installation and appearance all are of superior quality. It is a family owned business and their family pride comes through. We had our fence installed when it was scheduled. It looks great and was done in 4 hours. Randy and his crew were very nice and polite. Everyone new what they were doing and they did it well. All was cleaned up before they left. Would recommend action fence to everyone.
