Honestly, I have not had the need to use your service yet...but anyone who loves dogs this much gets my vote for sure!!
Had 2 other "Prominent" HVAC companies come out to fix our AC unit because it kept shutting off. I had figured out that sucking the water out of drain pan would allow the system to work for a while so I figured the condensate pump wasn't working. Called Ricky, sent him a pictured of the condensate pump. And he came out loked everything over and said, yep, it is your pump. We swapped it out and all going great again.
