Ran one load with Action Enterprise driver sat all night and no detention was approved. Lumper was communicated immediately but never paid. Even after multiple follow ups, nothing was resolved. Poor communication and bad business practices.
Very upset with their service. Booked load on Thursday for Friday pick up. On Friday morning broker checked with me if we are good for pick up. I told him that driver will be there at around 11 am. At 10 am he called me back and said that they moved this load with another truck. Rate confirmation shows pick up time from 8-3 pm. Very unprofessional.
Completed a load with Action. Driver waited overnight and detention was never paid even after follow-up. Lumper fee was reported immediately and also never paid. Constant emails and calls were ignored. Worst experience and very unprofessional.
Delivered the load of potatoes for this company from Idaho to New York it took 4 months to GET PAID! Per the broker: They were scammed by someone else and paid out of their pocket Thankful that they did pay us
Stupid company to do loads. A lady named Claire keeps calling 100 times to your phone for updates even though they are tracking your trucker tools. Iam nerves booking loads with this company again
