Please stay away from this company. They are extremely unprofessional. We accepted a load from Texas to Florida. The pickup appointment was at 5:00 PM, and my drivers arrived on time. Despite that, they were not loaded until 11:46 PM—almost seven hours later. Looking back, I should have instructed my drivers to leave, but we wanted to honor our commitment and complete the load professionally. Very upset with their service. Booked load on Thursday for Friday pick up. On Friday morning broker checked with me if we are good for pick up. I told him that driver will be there at around 11 am. At 10 am he called me back and said that they moved this load with another truck. Rate confirmation shows pick up time from 8-3 pm. Very unprofessional.
Driver arrived at the scheduled pickup time of 10:00 AM, but the order was not ready. After waiting on-site for over 6 hours, the shipment was still not prepared, and updates kept changing. This caused significant delays and put the driver’s hours at risk. On top of that, the broker refused to provide any TONU despite the situation. Overall, very poor communication and lack of accountability.
This is the 2nd time I book a load for this broker and the load gets canceled when my driver is on site. They book a bunch of trucks for the same lane and whoever gets to the site first gets the load. Unreliable and unprofessional.
I need help from the general manager or owner for load that we which we have delivered. The load was booked as clean and on the pallets, in fact it was dirty and sticky, the trailer has bean ruined us, we had to go back to the shipper to have it reworked, and after unloading we have to wash the trailer again, which will cause another lost day and the broker wrote that even if he gets a layover from the customer, he won't pay us. We need help here ASAP
