Never no book this company or Broker never has not pay you we pick it up three months ago Load still is not by me to watch before you book the date January 16 now nobody pay me. Nobody answered the phone. Nobody response email watch out. Load#0475404
We have been hauling loads consistently with this company for the past couple years and have nothing but positive things to say. Broker Scott Bullington has been great to work with and is always a quick phone call or email away if any issues arise.
Ive been working with Scott Bullington for three years and it has all been positive. He is very professional, attentive,and responds immediately for anything I need. Its has been a pleasure to work with Scott and the company.
Do not ever book with this company ever! We took load with this croock broker named Benjamin my driver went at the shipper 10:50am and been waiting all day and night to be loaded, we have called them so many times to ask what is going on and if there is no load to send us TONU but they kept saying load is good 100%!When i woke up driver was not loaded yet and shiper kept telling him that the load is for next so i send email requesting $400 layover and than we got email that we are no longer under this load even tho they star... read more
We've been trying to get a simple update on a load/payment we recently did and none of the 5 agents including the accounting department in the conversation are being responsive or providing an adequate statement. Unprofessionalism at its best. We've had payment issues in the past and decided to give it another shot. It will definitely be the last time running a load for this cartoon organization. They are not paying on time, cannot get a hold of anyone if assistance is needed. Total disaster. All 1 star reviews are so true. ... read more
