The only reason I gave them one stars is I couldn't give them no stars. Had them come out for a septic tank issue I had my tank was clear full. The guy said oh yeah that's normal. So I had someone else come out and look at it and they said hell no that's not normal your water shouldn't be any higher than your baffle. Then the other company I called out started probing around come to find out all the pipe from my tank to the clean out was either missing or destroyed. Came out, pumped the septic, paid my bill and they were done in a short time. Very friendly, answered my questions because we have never owned property before that had a septic tank. Also gave me some advice on when the tank should be pumped.
