Best service, best price - had garage door replaced and Marty, the owner, went out of his way to accommodate me when I had to change my install date and even sent his installers the same day. BEST price - I had quotes from 10 other companies and they had the best price. The exceptional service was an added bonus! I highly recommend them!!!
I'm leaving another review because they deserve it! I called them not long ago to replace the springs on my garage door and the first take made a mistake balancing the weight. Beatriz was quick to send someone else who, at no charge, fixed the mistake. Although the first tech wasn't the best, I still give this business a 5-Star for customer service.
These guys are great! From the moment you call you can really tell that the lady answering the phones really know what she's talking about. Not only were they the lowest quote but also they were the most professional at handling my request, I used them once before to install a grage door opener and now (a year and a half later) to replace the old springs that came with the house (since one snapped). From now on, I will always call them first!
