On May 2nd 2019, Action Door sent a tech to my home to fix my garage door at my request due to an attempted break in. The tech that visited my home was informed that the garage door needed to be fully operational (i.e. go up and down) so that my husband and I would be able to park our SUV's safely in the garage. The tech reset the cables and rollers, straighten out the vertical tracks, straighten and reattached the styles. Ending cost was $200. Not bad right? Had a garage door installed last month. One of the main reasons I chose them was there promise to clean up afterwards. Found screws, nuts, and bolts in the driveway and garage. Very sloppy clean up. They never called to see if I was satisfied.

A pully broke on my garage door. Since it is 30 years old I asked action door (they are 1.5 miles from my home) to come out and replace it and adjust the door. It hadn't been professionally serviced since I built the house in 1986. The service man came out and replaced the pully in 6 minutes which is the same time I could have replaced the $5.99 part.
