Just had a new Rheem install at the condo by Frank and Shayne. They did a great job, showed up on time, had all the materials required and cleaned up afterwards. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive
For the past 5 years - they call to do a 6 mo. check up and EVERY SINGLE time - it’s always something and always a $300- $500 charge ! Very unscrupulous ! Not transparent - on their invoices - they never state the price, for parts costs or labor … stay away from this company !
Great experience with management and scheduling systems and also with Matt who came to my townhouse and handled my issue. Matt was early, polite and efficient. Hooked me up with a new filter and got me all cleaned up. Gave me his recommendations on what I should get fixed but did not push anything on me as it was just not in the budget this month.
