Hello, Well…I JUST called to get some answers on a request for our property and the lady got so mad that I pressed for answers AFTER we’ve been waiting and getting ignored from them that she VERY unprofessional and rudely hung up the phone in my face. MIND YOU…this service is not for free, we are PAYING for you to do your job. All the staff at ACM are well versed in HOA covenants and takes action with any issues that come up within the community to resolve quickly.
I am happy to say that I have always had pleasant experiences with ACM, even when my circumstances weren't great. After being unemployed for six months, I was having trouble paying the annual dues on time. ACM worked with me and was very patient. Their response time to my fencing request was very quick, they were very kind when I advised my house would be rented, and they have been quick to respond and provide information as I move forward with selling my home. This is my first experience with an HOA and it has now been 2.5 years. During this time Jeff and his staff have shown professionalism and timeliness in correspondence to our community. He is timely with updates and addresses complaints appropriately. We seem to have residents who do not abide by our covenants but Jeff professionally addresses those issues. I actually am comforted that we have an authorized HOA and Board to address community issues before they get out of hand.
As a home owner in a community they manage, I appreciate that they protect our property value by enforcing the rules outlined in the covenants and work well with the appointed board member of our neighborhood.
