As a home owner in a community they manage, I appreciate that they protect our property value by enforcing the rules outlined in the covenants and work well with the appointed board member of our neighborhood.

Action Community Management recently took over our community's HOA. So lets be honest, no one really likes HOAs. That said, I was having a billing issue apparently caused by the old management company. I sent an email to ACM and received a timely response from Rachel Richardson. After an exchange of emails the problem was resolved.
I hate to even have to give these people one star but you have to give something yo leave a comment. They are the reason 99.9999% of America hates HOA's. They keep telling me I'm violating guidelines and everything I'm doing is in the guidelines and when I show them they say it's the builder who's enforcing stuff. Haven't heard anything from the builder so I had to get a lawyer because these people are horrible. I think they can read but not comprehend the HOA covenants
Absolutely terrible experience after terrible experience. The contractors hired by this association are completely incompetent and unprofessional—damaging property with no accountability. The association does nothing to resolve the issues, leaving residents frustrated and ignored. You’re essentially paying for poor service and zero results. Save yourself the trouble—do not hire this company to represent your community.
