The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. And eagerly help you resolve any issues they can plus if they cannot they will find resources that will.
I don’t even leave negative remarks but , the community manager sent my account to collection agency because I was late on my HOA payment. I called and tried to talk about why I was not responding because I couldn’t at those times and I tried to work things but was left to no hopes. It is just pure evil, and wickedness, unfair how a person would put another working class citizen into deep hole because I was defaulted. I would like to express my thanks to the staff for the fantastic job that was done with the fencing at the back of the townhouses. Thanks Julie for taking my call. For a while I thought I was a nuisance. I am deeply grateful and I really appreciate the work that is being done. I am extremely happy about this and can now open the blinds and look out with a feeling of satisfaction. On behalf of all the neighbors I don't even know, thank you for the improvement to our backyard.
I had a great experience dealing with the staff over at Action community management for the very first time. They are friendly, thorough and most importantly QUICK. Thank you all for what you do in making our community a great and beautiful place to live!
