Steve "The Tank" Burns should be ashamed of himself. I honestly don't know how a repair shop can conduct business the way they do. You can never get a hold of him and if you do, he says he will call you right back then hangs up on you. Answer you phone Steve and pay you bill!
So I wrecked back in January and I took my truck to Action. Well Steve said he would have my truck done in 3 weeks and it has been 2 and a half months now. Every time I call he says it is almost done and he will call me in a few day and guess what! He never calls. So he has been continually lying to me and when I did a surpised visit to his shop the damaged parts on my truck were off but no new parts on it.
