I highly recommend Chad Rudolph and the ActionCOACH program. I first met Chad when he was a guest at my BNI group and invited me to a complimentary event hosted by ActionCOACH founder Brad Sugars. Chad knows business. He didn't know our industry which initially worried me. We quickly identified many areas that needed attention and with my knowledge of the industry and his knowledge of how to build a business we made great strides. He was a bit tough on me...but i needed it. Even if i didn't always like it. I appreciate his extra work to talk with our suppliers and clients to help us get a better picture of where we needed improvement. Chad is an excellent business coach and helped me to focus and identify key areas in my business to make it more efficient and increase revenue. What I was not expecting was the way he also helped me personal focus, time management, and prioritization. I would highly recommend Chad if you are looking for help with your business.
