I came to pick up a new lock for my Action truck cap lift gate, but they don't keep those in stock. They couldn't even give me a price without sending the serial number of my cap to HQ and waiting days for a reply. So is that the kind of support service I should expect from Action? Even on their own-branded items? I just want to prevent my stuff from being stolen, and I need to wait a week or more for basic security? I can get that level of service from Amazon... I ended up finding a new T- handle at Canadian Tire
