Like true professionals ACTION really deliveres! Shout out to John for helping me with a warranty claim for my Bakflip MX4 Tonneau cover. Great customer service these days is rare thing and it's nice to be met with friendly and knowledgeable people, even when there's a problem that needs solving. Thanks again John for your expertise and dedication. My advice for those who love their trucks... ACTION is it! Don't bother going anywhere else!. Oh and btw they honored the warranty!
We walked in this morning. Two men working at the desk but no greeting or acknowledgement. Wanted to compare with their competitors but no one came to see what we needed. Walked out without them saying anything. Bad customer service. Going with their competitors even if we have to pay more
My guess is most of these reviews are bogus. Everyone that ive spoken to has had horrible experiences with this place. Orders that take forever to come in, wrong orders being placed, and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.
