Was having some problems with my power side steps & side lights on my truck. After another shop couldn’t fix them and were taking months to get parts in, I stopped in at Action. Tyler took the time to disassemble the stuck step in the parking lot to diagnose the problem, he swapped in a new module to get the lights working, and showed me what I could try at home to get a seized hinge working (instead of ordering a new part).
