I'm really surprised at the poor service this time around. It was clear that I needed a 2" post for a trailer A- Frame Jack, and that 2.25" diameter would not fit. The employee basically lied to me, saying they had one at their Whitby warehouse and said it was 2" on his system. I went there as I was desperate. Surprise, it was 2.25" like the rest. The staff at the warehouse said there is NOTHING in the description or information to say it was a 2.25" shank or any measurement at that area, so "Dave" just made it up. Thanks fo... read more

The employees explained everything clearly and installed the bike rack hitch without any problems. Haroon was very helpful, no problems and I am happy with the hitch.
