Joe was very helpful took his time to explain everything to me. What a guy!!
Went over and above to explain my year, make and model of truck as there are two body styles in the same year. Waited 2 weeks and still got the wrong accessories.
A plus service! They squeezed me in to install a sway bar on my trailer the next day. Unfortunately when they started working on it they were concerned the bolts were seized and didn’t have time to do the install. Despite this they stayed open after close so I could pick up my trailer and the parts I bought to install. They even helped me hook up my trailer to make sure I was safe. They are a store that cares about the customer experience!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Action Truck Accessories Scarborough has been unbelievably frustrating. I purchased window visors that flew off after about a year. Before buying, they assured me there was a “lifetime warranty” — whatever that means to them, because it clearly doesn’t mean support. I submitted a warranty claim almost 5 months ago and still haven’t received anything. Every time I call, they tell me the same thing: “We have them here, we just can’t find them.
