Nice place, well stocked. Only place in Kitchener where they had back-rack for my truck.
Tina at reception is so nice, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure i was getting the right patrs for my vehicle. Fast and quality work. I'm definitely going to this location for my next upgrade. Thanks again to your team for your professionalism and friendly customer service.
Went outside to discuss it with my wife by the time I went back in everybody was gone nice they lost the sale
I've purchased a few things here and I screwed up my last online purchase. Return was simple and payment was credited to my card within 2 days!
I ordered a tunnel cover for my truck got an appointment to get it installed told me to be there at 8 AM. Got there appointment wasn’t until nine had to wait an hour and a half. Then they came out and told me the part wasn’t in. I don’t know why they didn’t tell me that when I came in an hour and a half earlier. Not happy
