I came into the Kitchener location for the install of a tonneau cover and they were more than happy to accommodate. They got me in that afternoon and were very helpful.
Brought my truck to them to change fender flairs. They took measurements on site, they checked the size of new one online and they ordered. It took 2 weeks for the new flairs to arrive and they called me for installation appointment. I arrived on time and they told me 2 hours for installation. After 1 hour and 45 min they told me that the flairs are not covering the old flairs marks on the fender but they have to charge me $135 for taking in and out the old ones.
