Horrible customer service.
I too work there and I can vouch and say it is insanely busy but it's a great company, great company to work for and a good group of guys with a stressful job but they take care of business.
I called and left a message with regards to a very dangerous driver they have which I had an experience with. Needless to say "it appears they do not care,they never returned my call"!
