I recently was in the market for a used car and was referred to Action Automotive. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. John listened to me and found the car I wanted - a Mercedes and at a great price. His attention to detail and personal service was outstanding. The service staff was easy to work with and addressed all my concerns. My new (used) car was delivered in pristine condition and I would not hesitate to recommend John to my friends and family. Will definitely return when I'm in the market for a new used car.
I told John what I needed, specific truck, color and package. He found me the perfect truck and everything that I asked for. Customer sevice is number one!!! His sevice department also goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is 100%. I have had no problems with my truck. I have sent my family and friends there and John has taken care of them also. Thank you John for all of your hard work for me and my family. Its nice to know thst there are still some true car dealers out there.
My recent experience in purchasing a used vehicle from John Rapp was EXCELLENT! 5 STAR!! He spent a lot of time helping me find the right car, and provided EXCELLENT customer service!! His selection was superb! I would defintely recommend doing business with him to my friends and my family! I only gave one star because there isn't an option to leave zero. Absolutely no customer service skills or respect for customers in general. This guy is just a crook.
