John is honest and on the up and up with his customers. As a repeat customer I took my granddaughter there to buy a car after she hit a deer and totaled hers. We were interested in a Saturn, but John would not sell it to her because the tranny was bad in it. Another slick dealer would have. He also gave us a warranty where others won't .The delivered car we bought was detailed and everything was fixed as promised. I had been shopping online for a vehicle to replace my decrepit Dodge Caravan. Last week I found what I was looking for on Action Auto's website. Twenty minutes later I stopped by to check it out and took it for a test drive. Fifteen minutes later I wrote a check to make the purchase. John was very nice and didn't use any pressure tactics to make a sale. I respect that. He was willing to work with me and set a date for me to pick the car up and I am pleased and hope to do more business with John in the future. Thanks! Art
As of now the car we purchased in late March early April has had Service Engine Light come on twice. Took car in first time and tried fix with suggestion from my husband. We are now being told that there is no way their service department can get the car in for a week and a half, and they say not to drive it. Suggestions???? Very unhappy at this point about satisfaction with service department and customer service. Said if we really need the car to take it to another car repair mechanic. Had a great experience at Action. My wife was looking for a mid sized SUV, we looked around and found a Nissan Murano at Action. The salesman was very helpful and went out of his way to get us into the car we wanted. Great car for a good price. I would reccomend them to anyone in the market for a used car.
