Got my Mini towed in due to a broken serpentine belt, Craig and his team found the real cause of the problem and had it all fixed up the next day. Replaced it with a better than OEM product with a 2 year warranty. Even fixed my front bumper at no extra charge, great place.
They did an excellent job and did exactly as promised!
I was in Eugene to take my son to IntroDUCKtion. My car just stopped working when I got to my hotel. I was able to get it to Action the next day and they took great care of it! They even gave us a ride to and from the college!!! Friendly, courteous and honest! I highly recommend!
Took my vehicle in for a sunroof leak. A week or so later it was leaking again, so they checked it out again. Went on vacation and upon our return, we noticed that it was still leaking. (Pretty frustrated by this time) Emailed them about my situation and they had me bring it again. Third time was the charm! They vowed to get to the bottom of my leak and they did! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Appreciate all your hard work.

I stopped by Action Automotive to ask them about a strange sound with my car. One of the technicians promptly took a drive around the block with me, free of charge, to check out the issue.
