a lady picked up the phone and cussed me out and yelled at me after accusing me of lying about them messing up my car. worst customer service i’ve ever received.
Brought my car in for a diagnosis. They were very communicative with me about every step and even stayed after closing time just to talk with me about what was going on. Good work from good people you can actually trust. The person at the front desk was amazing, and so was the technician, my experience was definitely 11/10. This will be my next stop if I have any more issues.
