I have bought 3 cars from them. They all looked and run like they're brand new. Pop the hood and you'd never know the car was used. Bob,Lori,Brad and John are great. Every time I walk in they always call me by my name and are the most honest people. I bought a 2004 Saturn Vue from them 2 years ago. I've been to Ohio, Louisiana and New York. Never had 1 problem with the car. The only place I would buy a used car from in the Raleigh,NC area.
They are very welcoming! I had the best time getting an suv. Never in my life have I ever thought that a car lot would be so great! I will recommend anybody and everybody to them!! Other car lots need to learn from them!! They know how to treat their customers! Thank you John, Lori and Bob!
I just made my last car payment today. Thanks Bob and Lori for being there. Before I came to Action Auto Sales in Wendell, NC I was in a bad accident at work. I had to have six surgeries. When I went to Bob he really did care about how much money I had he told me he wanted to know me as a person. I will never forget that conversation.
