Tracy at Action is tremendous. His mode for sales is among the best we have seen. No high pressure tactics. Good solid used vehicles, reasonably priced, and better yet he has taken care of most of the obvious flaws that other dealers pass on to unwitting customers. I cannot say enough to recommend this terrific company. Do yourself a favor, go talk to Tracy.

We recently purchased a Toyota RAV4. We highly regret the purchase. The car is a lemon burning oil at a rate of one quart per ~200 miles. This was not something we could have detected at the time of purchase because the oil was topped off and there were no leaks under the car. We were assured by Tracy that his daughter had been driving it and it was a good car. That’s the only reason we bought the car “as is”. Tracy at Action Auto is awesome. After I was in an accident, my other car got totaled he worked with me and allowed me to wait on the insurance company to settle my loss and got me back driving again in no time. Super thrilled with the low price. Didn’t need to haggle when he is already super fair on the prices. Tracy is extremely honest and reliable. So happy he wasn’t a 9 to 5 business. Hard to buy a car and work. Never had to leave work to buy my car. Will do business again at Action Auto.

One month ago today I purchased my ‘Dream Car’ from Tracy at Action Auto Group, LLC after my previous car was totaled by a drunk driver.
