When I arrived they were expecting me and made clear their procedures. When they found an additional nick on the windshield, they contacted my insurance and took care of it quickly. They offered to drive me to a nearby coffee shop so that I could do some work while I was waiting and picked me up when the work was done! I would gladly recommend this service to others.
