I purchased a car from AAA Auto Group in Oceanside recently and have to say I was surprised. All my car purchases in the past have been unpleasant in one way or another but these guys are different. I got a fair number for my trade and went in and out of the dealership quick. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back when I need another car.
Bought a BMW last month in August. Very clean, very smooth. Mark was very knowledgeable about the high-line cars and Danny got me approved at 3.9% at Wells Fargo. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
A few years ago I bought a pre-owned Honda Civic from AAA Auto Group. The salesmen there were honest and knew what they were talking about, and I was still able to negotiate the price down a little. They have a good selection and are trustworthy.
I really liked the atmosphere of this auto dealer. I am the kind of person that gets very scared off and shy when sales people are too aggressive or desperate for my hard earned money. I have lived in Oceanside for some time and I never thought I would buy a car here. But I saw a car I liked and wanted to go check it out. They were very professional when I arrived, and the staff were very good people. I even met the manager, the auto technician and the owner, and they were all very impressive. After I bought the car I took it to my own mechanic and he said it was in excellent condition for a pre-owned car. Highly recommended to others around Oceanside.
We stopped by to look at a few cars we noticed from the road. We had a very tight budget to work with but the selection and pricing were right on point. Mark listened very carefully to our desires and needs, then was able to find the perfect car and the fact that he had our sincere interest at heart is what really had us floored. If you are looking for a good deal then AAA is your place!
I am a single woman and have never been treated with as much respect as I received at AAA Auto Group. They didn't ask if I needed to talk with my father or boyfriend, they took me at my word, which I appreciated greatly. I bought a 3 series BMW and it runs perfectly! I later showed my boyfriend, who is a mechanic, and he couldn't find anything wrong with it either. I am very satisfied and will recommend AAA Auto Group to anyone!
Excellent experience. Cars are in great condition, very clean and our test drives were all very smooth. We got a great rate through them and are very satisfied with our purchase and the entire experience.
I've never dealt with a nicer auto dealer. They weren't pushy at all, very calm, even had no problem with us leaving to go home and think about it. We ended up buying our first Mercedes and it's been flawless. In every way our experience has been exceptional.
