NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!!! The Manager or what ever she was was incredibly rude even though I was talking in a polite and respectful tone. Had this car for two years and as long as they got they money it was fine. After that you’re on your own about fixing your car. I talk about trading my car in for four months and they said I could if you get it to 3,000. so bad. if i could i would leave no stars. blowing up my phone 24/7 for money even tho i’ve payed 11,000 dollars. the car broke down the whole time i had it, they took advantage of me not knowing how bad car lots are. these good reviews are very much fake or not long term. these people have not had the car long enough to know how junky it will be. this place sucks! do not buy a car from here.
My experience with action auto was terrible. They sell horrible vehicles. I would give them a zero if possible. Please do not buy a car from them. They will screw you over. They refused to take the junky car back and sued me for the money. They have been a pain in my butt since I purchased from them. I do not recommend. If you read a 5 star review for them, it’s probably fake.
