I worked for Actikare for 3 days in Jacksonville, FL. Initially upon my interview I explained I couldn’t start working until Dec 9th. They agreed and stated that I could start then (this conversation was in October). Weeks before Dec 9th I emailed them about additional concerns (holiday pay, exact hours, etc.) I never got a response back. Franchise owners should not allow their staff to accept cash payments from elderly clients. Our family has had a bad experience with Acti-Kare. You have to be really careful with trusting agencies with your family. Any business that will break rules & contracts to retain a client is not someone you would want taking care of your family members.
Dylan and the team at Acti-Kare do a great job. Always going well beyond exceeding expectations for their clients!
We used Acti-Kare of South Orange County, CA and their service was outstanding. My good friend and her husband live alone, and when she took a bad fall and needed immediate overnight care, Lori Renaud was there for them with a wonderful caregiver. I very highly recommend their services. Thanks!!
It can be tough and heart-wrenching when someone you love is having difficulties caring for themselves. We all want our loved ones to be taken care of. I've known Dylan for some time now. You can absolutely sense his passion for the folks he cares for. They are not just a client, they are more like family to him. Thats the kind of person we all want looking out for ones we care for.

I would like to know why your Cleveland tn office dropped care of my special needs son with no notice. I am waiting for a reply to my email to corporate. I've also filed a complaint with the department of justice. Wasn't going to push that but your franchise owner kept texting me when I asked to be left alone. What's your answer to this?
