Having known the staff personally for several years and having had Dr. Cheng replace my teeth, I am extremely happy with his treatment for my Alzheimer's father. His staff, particularly his wife and administrator, are compassionate and generous with their time and commitment to his care, etc.
Excellent customer service
Just had my first appointment today and I was nervous about seeing a new provider. Daniela did a great job with cleaning and x-rays. Dr cheng was personable, thorough and relaxed me right away. The front desk staff are welcoming and office is spotless and modern. Hopefully we found our forever dentist.
The care I receive is second to none in the field of dentistry and you are made to feel as if you are part of a family that really cares about the condition of your teeth and you as a valued customer/client. I highly recommend the Battlefield Dental of Fredericksburg to anyone who is seeking the upmost and unquestionable quality in dental care.
