If I could give ACT property management zero stars, I definitely would. My fiancé and I rented a property from them out in woodlake and were only there for 6 months unfortunately being forced to break our lease early. Pipe busted in the living and flooded the whole downstairs. Our property manager was not very helpful at all during the month and a half that we waited for everything to be fixed. The property manager was kind but did not meet my expectations at all. Communication was not very good. We found the home not in the best condition and left it cleaner than we found it and we were penalized for it. The house also flooded due to no fault of our own and the ownership and management would not work with us to reduce rent. Would not use ACT Property Management ever again and would absolutely not reccomend them to friends or family.

Very unhappy with the service I received. Poor communication and not worth what I was paying. They were friendly , however, did not meet my property management expectations. Terminated after ~12 months. Update: I was incorrect it was ~12 not 18 months . Original post edited to reflect . I kept the original replay vague and I hope potential customers read their response. I believe their words speak for themselves and provide you the information you need to decide on a PM. Tenants and I are very satisfied with the new company.... read more
