No call backs or email response. If you do get a response it's rude and unhelpful. Keep increasing HOA fees for nothing. Now a $300 special assessment fee and I'm sure the fees will still go up again in 6 months. Will never buy a home with an HOA again.
WORST HOA ever buying this townhouse. So I have two cars and park one in the guest parking thinking it's ok. Came home this morning for an hour and find out they towed my car because it's been parked in the same spot for 48 hrs. Hey HOA do you want me to drive around the parking lot in circles to move my car so it's not considered abandoned or get's towed. Ya'll are some ridiculous people. Current resident so using an alias. Believe the reviews folks. Emails, phone calls, rudeness, all hot garbage. Had to call and email multiple people many times with no reply. First time buyer so unfortunately, I'm stuck for a while. Hopefully it gets better.
