During Covid things were pretty bumpy with this company and i often found myself getting frustrated with them. In the past couple of years things are much better. They have been available, friendly on the phone, and working hard to get things done. People complain about them enforcing rules. Oh well! I’ve been fined myself but it was appropriate. Their maintenance guys work hard and are good spirited!

I'm absolutely furious with ACT management They towed my car They didn't even tell me and it was gone for 5 days and it was a $600 bill. Don't ever live in any of their properties. They're absolutely horrible they're terrible terrible people. They don't care. Hey ACT if you see this reach out to me. I dare you.... Thanks for making me want to sell my place and get out of your dump HOA You suck! Stony Brook stage 5 Brooklyn Park Minnesota.
I’ve been calling the office & no one has been answering or even trying to call back ? Been a minute now. I’m not understanding what’s going on here but it’s something going on.
No call backs or email response. If you do get a response it's rude and unhelpful. Keep increasing HOA fees for nothing. Now a $300 special assessment fee and I'm sure the fees will still go up again in 6 months. Will never buy a home with an HOA again.
