Over the years, if I have needed a repair on my heating or A/C unit, ACT has been very prompt and professional. Penny is always very pleasant on the phone. They kept me informed ie: timeline when I would hear from a serviceman. Austin found the problem with my heater quickly, and found the cause for my problem. We are very happy with the the new furnace. The people involved were very professional and courteous.
The furnace unit at our rental failed during a Cold snap. We were out of state at the time. We had used ACT previously to replace our home unit. A technician tried to replace a part and searched for 2 days for a replacement part to no avail (30 year old unit). ACT replaced unit to our satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves.
I used this company for years. Called today with my furnace being down. Was told it would be almost 300 dollars just for them to come and look at my furnace. Well that's an absurd amount of money to also pay on top of what service needs done. You lost me as a long time customer. Should be ashamed of yourselves charging that. Disgusting!
