ACT Heating and Cooling was an excellent experience. Chris and Tayler were very courteous, respectful and went above and beyond installing not only new A\C unit but redoing all the duct work in the basement. Bid thank you to them. I believe they were still laughing about the age of the old unit.

Over the years, if I have needed a repair on my heating or A/C unit, ACT has been very prompt and professional. Penny is always very pleasant on the phone. They kept me informed ie: timeline when I would hear from a serviceman. Austin found the problem with my heater quickly, and found the cause for my problem. Also, I had asked a question about air duct cleaning. He communicated he would need to ck at the office. AND the next day I had a call back with the information. Follow through AND keeping his word.
