I have been extremely happy with ACT Heating and Cooling since starting with them about four years ago. They come twice a year to check my furnace and air conditioner, The technician is always very thorough and pleasant to deal with. Anytime I have called the office, I am greeted as a valued customer. I just had them install a furnace and were very pleased with the installation process and the installers. I would hardly recommend ACT to anyone looking for exceptional heating and cooling services!

July 2026, our family had an air conditioning unit replaced. ACT was fast and efficient. Then came the dispute with the condensation drainage tube. Originally, the condensation tube drained into a utility sink; ACT relocated the tube to drain on the dirt crawl space floor. We contacted ACT to rectify the issue, which we believed was a small oversight, became a large dispute. We were told the technician replaced the drainage tube as it originally was. ACT did an amazing job on servicing our current AC unit and replacing our furnace/AC unit. Professional employees. Clear communication. Excellent clean up. Highly recommend.
