There has never been a more beautiful sight! Our furnace died on Saturday. We'd hoped it would last through this winter and replace it this summer but...nope. We've been keeping the house, people, pets, (and pipes) from freezing with multiple space heaters and LOTS of wood for the fireplace. February 2025 Update: My 89 year old mother's furnace went out this morning and it is minus 10 out. Talked with Penny at the office and she had Austin out there in 15 minutes! He was able to make a temporary repair so she has heat and will be back next week for a permanent repair or replacement. Another home run in customer service for ACT! ACT Heating and Cooling are the BEST! When our furnace went down, Brandon came out that day and did our furnace inspection and was prompt with recommending a new unit for us (per our request). He also got our current unit working again right away. Three guys came a day later for the new furnace install and were very polite and professional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with heating and/or cooling needs!
ACT Heating & Cooling are my go-to for furnace and A/C work. They recently installed a new furnace for me after mine quit working. They show up on time, take great care of your property putting down flooring protection and wearing shoe covers (which I absolutely love), and clean up after themselves. Very professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend them!
