RecommendedEvan came after hours and was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable! He helped our great aunt with her furnace earlier this week and she was happy to have him back to fix the furnace in her rental.
My ac unit went out, trever was very professional and got it up and running during an after hours service call. Pricing was fair and service was professional
Furnace up and died while we were all in the midst of the cold snap a month ago. Called around got a few quotes and while they weren't the cheapest they were the ones who took the time to explain what they thought we should do and why. Very professional and got the furnace in right away (once we made up our mind). Yay heat, too bad the temps are now better and we don't need it so much now. ;)

I called ACT during a stretch of triple digit temperatures because my air conditioner wasn't working well. Even though I know they are probably swamped, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. i explained that I am also currently in a leg cast and that the heat is miserable. She sounded sympathetic and then called a bit later to say that she had explained the situation to one of her guys and that he was willing to drive out to Laurel, even though it was technically after hours. I felt my interaction with Act H&C was superb. They were clean, considerate and informative. while doing their job. I will continue to use and recommend Act to others.
I dealt with Kevin here and he impressed me with his knowledge of what he was doing. He was very courteous as well. If I ever need a new a/c or furnace again, I will certainly call. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
ACT Heating and Cooling is quick, fair, and professional. My water heater went out and they came out to my house same day. I would definitely call ACT in the future. He charged me a very reasonable price and the service was great!
