Ordered premium turf and thought I’d get a quality product for the price they charge. Received rolls and the 50’ roll was damaged hole in the middle of the roll. Contacted Turfscape and response was should be easy to patch. When rolled out completely there was a straight line of damaged blades on the middle. Contacted and response should be easy enough to trim, must have happened from the machine. Was going to order more turf for install but will look elsewhere due to quality and response.
