Terry gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten. I don’t how he made my hairline look so much better, but he has saved me from going to turkey for at least a few more years. He’s a wizard! I also appreciated not having to make small talk and just being able to sit in silence. For anyone who is a balding and introverted- Terry is your man!! Thanks so much.
AVOID. Not safe. This was the worst experience I ever had. I have been going to jojo for 8+ years and as the years go on I have noticed the quality and communication of Terry deteriorating. I went to get a cut and needed to leave after the wash. The guy did not use a towel around my neck to wash my hair. My shirt got wet and he argued that was not the case because there was a plastic barrier. He was quite aggressive massaging my head and taps the shower faucet against my head repeatedly.
