Company allowed a drug addict and dealer move into unit rent free now our neighborhood is filled with drug addicts all hour of the day and night. Everything is being stolen. Unbelievable amounts of garbage unmanaged in reasonable ways. Now our building is infested with rats and mice. Have provided security camera footage and police reports and company does absolutely nothing. Stay FAR away.

9 Martin Ave has structural issues for over 10 years now and not touched. 6 weeks ago the sewage exit line backed up into the laundry room. The plumbers cleared the block, but no one came over to clean up the mess. How we have a fly problem in addition to the floor being covered in raw sewage. We are looking at getting a lawyer.
