John is fantastic, and keeps my Delonghi Magnifica going. He is one of the few who know how to fix these machines, and recently when over and above on a routine repair. Honest and focused on customer satisfaction.
I do not recommend this place. I was humiliated, I was treated as if I was rubbish, because I have been a client for over 10 years, I took my daughter's vaccun to fix it, and because I asked the owner a question, shouted at me humiliated me that I'm sick, because I have problems with high blood pressure. he is very arrogant, impolite, frustrated out of there ... never, never put my feet in this place and not recommend to anyone
