Our technician was Nick. He was the angel send to save me and the cat. He came out to us on the weekend, barely 2 hrs after my call, figured out the problem right away and fixed it right then and there. And did it with a smile! Great service. I realise my issue maybe wasn't so serious, but it was serious to us and we appreciate Nick for treating it as one.

Matt is the worst. He has been to two houses and messed up our ac. He cracked my drain pan and now I have to get it replaced. Then he went to my mom and grandma house and got their ac not working now, when it was working before he got there. I'm filing a complaint with this company, about this worker in particular. Customer Service Representative was great.
