Our experience with this vendor has been highly unsatisfactory. For over a year, we have faced ongoing and unresolved issues related to their Holter devices and customer support. Communication has been consistently poor, with calls and messages frequently going unanswered. Be very careful with this company. They almost ran like a Ponzi scheme in January 2024. The sales rep - Louis started calling cardiology practices and sold monitors - which they do not know when will be supplied. My practice was sold these monitors with delivery dates - some in January and all by mid February. Now minimal response from the company president and him. Nobody has any answers. I have asked for refund or give delivery date - no response. Find a company better than them.
