As usual, ACS service is fantastic! We did not have a problem, just a routine checkup, but the Technician Cody was attentive to my questions and offered information about how we could safeguard our system. Great job!
My air conditioner broke. Of course it is 3 PM Saturday afternoon in Tucson, AZ and the outside temperature is 101 F. Brian did a great job providing us with two portable air conditioners to help us out. He cannot contact the manufacturer until Monday morning to coordinate the warranty repair. So he will be over here in the morning to contact the manufacturer to troubleshoot which part(s) need repair.
Middle of summer, the AC started to feel luke cool and waning. We scheduled a maintenance with ACS. The tech showed me the damage and explained it in terms I could understand. We were able to get a quote for a new unit that same day. The estimator heard my concerns and gave me exactly what I asked for with the crew showing up a few days later to install.
