This place is negligent and unsafe! Tonight I took my children to parents night out because I received an email about the “fun event”. I didn’t even have plans to go out but saw it was a more affordable way for them to take a class and get some energy out. I dropped my 3 & 10 year old off in the lobby and assumed that the young woman I was dropping them off with was the younger of the teachers/chaperones. I thought she was probably about 21. I do not recommended hosting a birthday party here. The staff was very unhelpful and did not communicate any party details. The staff was very rude and everything felt very rushed. The staff member just sat down the whole party and didn’t help with anything except cleaning at the end. The event planner also never reached out to us prior to the party except to confirm the time and date.

I tried to sign my son up online the night before we went and it wasn’t working. I tried it multiple times and it kept giving me different errors. I went in the next morning and told her I couldn’t sign him up. She was so incredibly rude. She kept telling me to keep trying after I told her I’ve tried all morning. I showed her what was going on and the error. She got super annoyed with me and said she will have to charge me $10 from the other room.
